Our Homecoming

I handled the development of the Our Homecoming online shop, the home of the Homecoming x Nike Air Max Plus: the first Nike shoe designed by an African woman.

The drop was one of the most anticipated sneaker releases on the continent. Fans across Africa and the diaspora arrived the moment it went live, and the shop had to stay fast and dependable through a surge of traffic far beyond an ordinary day, with shoppers checking out in their own countries and currencies.

Alongside the shop, I built the Homecoming landing page that ties together the concept space, festival and shop, and I maintain the Festival site.
